John Gray, Ph.D. is the author of the phenomenal best-seller Men Are from Mars, Women Are from
Venus, which has sold over five million copies in the United States and is available in 37 languages around the world. He has also authored Mars and Venus in the Bedroom, Mars and Venus Together Forever, a revised second edition of Men, Women & Relationships and Mars and Venus in Love.
Gray is also the author of What Your Mother Couldn't Tell You & Your Father Didn't Know, and the star of a CD-ROM version of Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus, audio cassette versions of his books and audio cassettes of his seminars.

Gray also knows the serenity of solitude, having lived as a monk for nine years. He spent several years studying with the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and received both his BA and his MA in creative intelligence from the Maharishi European Research University. After completing his studies, he returned to the United States, and in 1982 received his Ph.D. in psychology and human sexuality from Columbia Pacific University.
Dr. John Gray is a popular speaker on the national lecture circuit and has often appeared on television and radio programs to discuss his work. His one-man play version of Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus opened on Broadway in January 1997. He launched a two-year arena tour of the show during the spring of 1997.
