LEO MUDD
Former Kentucky State Police & Personal Security Consultant
As a husband, father, former United States Marine, and a 22-year veteran of the Kentucky State Police, Leo Mudd has lived and continues to live what he believes. For 12 years Leo was a uniformed police officer and for 10 years he worked as an undercover detective in the Special Investigations of the Kentucky State Police. For twenty-two years Leo Mudd continually fought the tough battles directly at their source and frequently was sworn in as a Deputy United States Marshall.
Since 1992 Leo Mudd has traveled across the United States and Central America delivering his dynamic and inspirational programs to hundreds of thousands of students, parents, teachers, and civic groups. Leo pours his whole being into the heart and soul of his presentations
His programs are filled with real life situations that will bring tears to your eyes but at the same time, the true humor will let you laugh and understand that "death doesn't know how old we are...only how wise we are". After the presentation, the audience is left with the tools to live Leo Mudd's message.
In addition to presenting his Anti-Drug/ Anti-Violence and Motivational Programs in 1998 Leo Mudd was certified by George Thompson Ph.D., President and Founder of the Verbal Judo Institute along with Mike Manley , Vice President of Verbal Judo Operations to teach Verbal Judo "The Gentle Art of Persuasion."
In 2004 Leo Mudd was certified by the Kentucky Trucker's Association/Homeland Security to teach the Anti-Terrorist Program entitled "Highway Watch."
