In Marvin Cetron's extensive experience with government agencies, foreign governments and industry, Dr. Cetron has been a consultant to more than 150 firms including Apple Computer, B&W Tobacco, Control Data Corporation, First National City Bank, General Motors, GTE, IBM and Xerox. Marvin Cetron has also advised the European Community, the Brazilian Ministry of Planning, the Kenyan Ministry of Finance and the Indonesian Ministry of Economics.
Dr. Marvin Cetron has a B.S. degree in industrial engineering from Pennsylvania State University, a M.S. degree in production management from Columbia University and a Ph.D. in research and development management from American University.
